Moving......

Sorry for all the delays my darlings, but I am moving to a new home and it is ruining my life. I hate moving more than anything! My whole body hurts and all of my lovely clothes are in boxes :( Thus a girl is forced to wear nothing but 70's flared jeans and tanks. But no worries, I haven't forgotten to pile on my usual jewels....

I'm am pretty excited about my new bone necklace, I will show it off better soon ;)

Slow Saturdays....

Finally got my hair dyed today! It's been far overdue for far too long, I need to get better at this whole being a lady thing. I didn't do anything crazy, just my basic black, that I always do.

On another note, I have officially switched back to my old suede fringe bag with the added feather bits. I also broke out my new brown lace up boots. Things are going quite slowly this Saturday and I'm loving it.

Treats!!!!!

I have been under a lot of stress lately, so I thought I would get myself a little treat. Like I need an excuse.... BUt that is not the real point. The real point it I just got the lace pants I ordered in the mail!!!!!!!

I have wanted some of these forever! They are flared on the bottom and just barely long enough.... So if I found another pair that were just a bit longer I would buy those too ;)

Just Another Day.....

Another day, another dollar. I was feeling quite 90's today so I pulled out the old lace up black boots, a floral skirt, and a muscle tee.....

I added the mixed leather brown belt last, just to hold the whole thing together. I also have to add that I freaking love this Scorpions tee, a good pal of my got it for me and I just can't get enough of it.....

Seeing Through Yellow Lenses

Yesterday the weather was so pleasant that I just had to stroll down to my favorite local bar. I took the back way because the sidewalks around my house get full of family madness when it's nice out. They make it close to impossible to navigate even a few blocks.... Mildly annoying to say the least....

Luckily the back allies around my house are actually kind of pretty. I wore one of the only pink items of clothing I own, this super cozy knit maxi skirt. I also wore my yellow sunglasses, for some reason everything just look better looking through these babies.... Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend :)

When Clouds Cover the Sky

I have the biggest weakness for long floral skirts. In fact this may have graduated to a full blow obsession. Every time I'm at the thrift store I go straight for the long skirts and pull at least 5 in the first 10 minutes!

This is just just one of the five beauties that I picked up on my last trip to the thrift. It buttons up the front and almost hits my ankles. I wore it to work today with a camisole I got from my Mother (I call her Meesa fyi) and my favorite cowboy boots that I have had for years. Now if only the sun would come out...

Striped City

A couple months ago I went to a house party. I rarely go to house parties these days but it was just that kind of a night. I was really excited this particular night because I got to wear my leather short! I never thought I would be a leather shorts kind of lady (I'm a skirt girl) but once I slipped these babies on I just had to have them.

At the time of these pics the weather was still quite cold hence the tights situation. I will be posting fresher photos soon, soon, soon....

Sheer Statements

There are few things I like better than a sheer top. I mostly like a sheer white or black top but I will really take just about anything in a sheer fabric. Since it is finally warm enough to wear light fabric, Saturday (and today:) I broke out this floaty white tank situation.

It is lightly embroidered on the front and has a hook closure. It makes me want to spin in circles till I'm dizzy......

Brilliant Blues....

The sky yesterday was just a bright perfect blue it was close to unbelievable. It is June and here in Seattle we have still had less than 10 days total of nice weather. To celebrate this rare glimpse of the sun, I decide to spend some time baking/reading on the deck (while I still have one.) I also got to break out this beautiful blue tunic with silver accents. It's almost sheer with long slits up the side....

The best part of this tunic happens to be that fact that I got it for about 65 cents!!!!! I would never joke about a deal like this so don't worry, these are the facts. Hope you all are having a lovely weekend...

Floral Feelings.....

This Sunday I finally got to wear this beautiful thin floral dress I bought months ago. I think I literally bought it last September. I keep all clothing items that I haven't worn yet in bags in my room, and after I finally wear them they go to live in the my jungle of rolling racks.

I wore the light floral dress all the way open over cut offs and a plain tank. That's actually one of my favorite things about the dress, it buttons all the way up so you can wear it as a vest or as a dress. I just can't wait till it gets warm enough to wear it without layers. Hope you all had a lovely long weekend.
